About the Nutley Lane Project
We are residents of Nutley Lane in Reigate, Surrey who were enchanted by the Lane when we moved here in 1996. Our interest in the history of the Lane was sparked when a neighbour showed us some photos of the Lane taken over 80 years ago; we determined to find out more ... the Nutley Lane Project was born!
This website records our findings so far and attempts to paint a picture of life in Nutley Lane (and the now demolished Nutley Grove) over the years.
This site is a work in progress and we would be extremely happy to hear from you if you have any comments or can provide any anecdotes, information or photographs relating to Nutley Lane or Nutley Grove.
We hope that you find as much enjoyment in exploring this site as we have found in creating it.
Recent Developments and Future Plans
January 2008 - Terrible problems with the web hosts means that the site has been down as we have had to find another host. We're now with php-host, who have been excellent so far, unlike GN Hosting, who we won't be using ever again.
December 2007 - Lots of work on past residents has been completed and some great new photos added.
